Mission:

The Sales And Business Developer  (SBD) role is the engine that drives HealthMov’s interaction with its customers in
our target
 markets and segments.

  • He/She reports to the CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) and will
    develop an impactful sales strategy that delivers exceptional sales results.
     
  • There may be ad-hoc consultation with the Exco: the CEO (for strategy) and CTO (for guidance)
  • The success of the SBM  function is critical to the continued success of the company in the future.  
  • Working closely with the CRO, He/She will use their gravitas and sales skills to grow a profitable customer base, foster healthy long-term relationships with clients and partners, and close sales.
  • He/She will also need to demonstrate strong leadership qualities to help the Sales and Business
  • Development function grows over time with the acquisition of more team members

Responsibilities:

  1. Initially
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's regional and global reach
  • Achieve sales targets and profitability targets aligned with the Company's strategic objectives by planning thoroughly, reaching sales goals, analyzing performance data, meeting KPIs and making forecasts,
  • Generate leads while  establishing and nurturing customer/partner relationships
  • Meet with potential customers and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs,
  • Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
  • Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
  1. As we expand the sales team:
  • Recruit sales representatives,
  • Hire, train, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives as we expand
  • Set objectives and monitor team performance
  • Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
  • Ensure that company objectives and sales targets are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal SBD candidate will be able to demonstrate a deep experience of success covering the entire Sales and Business Development process, excelling at:

  • Lead generation,
  • Relationship building,
  • Deal closing and
  • Institutional Profile building

We’re looking for a quick learner, who is a hands-on and self-motivated individual who has strong negotiating skills – someone with an exceptional and successful track record and who can inspire the same performance in others.

The ability to work effectively in a small and agile team in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating a hands-on “can-do” approach is essential.

Given our growth plans, the role demands a leader with a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate, recruit the best, and rotate out non-performers while building and maintaining a high-performance team.

Fluency and strong written communication skills in English.  Arabic proficiency is a plus but is not mandatory.

An understanding of health insurance processes is considered a plus but is not mandatory.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of ten
     years of experience in driving sales in a large corporate setting
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of large corporate and government organizations, including at the C-suite level.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Superb leadership ability
  • Ability to travel at least 20% of the time
  • Proven successful track record of  exceeding sales targets
  • Degree from a leading institution
